Spring Normal University (SNU)
Spring Normal University (SNU) is a pre-service and in-service teacher training institution which is dedicated to two teacher-training pathways_ providing online learning platform for the continuous learning, and conducting workshops for the capacity building of the in-service and pre-service teachers in Myanmar. In these ways, we sustain our teachers’ professional development and preparing for the teaching profession which is in demand now and ensure for supplying the demand of the teacher shortage in the post conflict era.
Formal Courses
These courses aim to resume formal learning of undergraduate students. The learning platform for these courses is Hybrid (Moodle + Zoom). These courses will deliver not only academic but also professional skills for undergraduate students to be well-qualified teachers. For the completion of these courses, undergraduate students have to study reading materials, power point lectures, video lectures and need to submit assignments for every respective lecture.
All in One Courses
All in One Courses are online courses for undergraduate students at education universities in Myanmar who want to become qualified teachers and develop effective teaching skills. These courses intend to gain mastery in classroom-related hard skills, improve soft skills and equip participants with essential skills to succeed in both their academic pursuits and career as successful teachers. These courses are a part of accomplishment of their degree as well as their teaching certificate.
