Educational Management
Educational Management will introduce the 2nd-semester of 5th-year students to school administration, research, and how the federal system works in the education context. As students who finish this program are supposed to;- get a leading role in their respective subjects and schools.
- encourage and ensure you make sense of administrative tasks and processes;
- understand how to make decisions, solve problems in your working situation, and use channels in the communication process.
- be familiar with the research process as teachers are researchers in their classrooms and school setting to improve teaching-learning situations.
- introduce federal education concepts in your final year of Bachelor of Education.
